Creme Brulee

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pack of ALASKA CRÉMA
1 cup ALASKA FRESH MILK
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)
6 eggyolks
sugar

Procedure:

Pre-heat oven to 300°F.

Place crema, milk, sugar, and vanilla and eggyolks in a bowl and mix lightly to dissolved sugar. Pour into heat-proof serving molds and place molds.

Cover each mold with foil and place in a pan with hot water. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until top is firm to the touch.

Let cool and chill overnight before serving.

To assemble, sprinkle about a tablespoon of sugar on top of each flan and caramelize sugar using a kitchen torch or broil in the oven on high heat. Serve immediately.

Banana Custard Layers

Luscious layers of graham crackers, banana slices, custard and whipped cream

Preparation Time: 00:20
Cooking Time: 00:10
Servings: 12

Ingredients

Custard:
3/4 cup sugar
6 large eggyolks
5 tbsp cornstarch
2 1/2 cups NESTLE Fresh Milk
1 tsp vanilla

24 pieces graham crackers, ground
5 pieces lacatan bananas, peeled and sliced thinly diagonally

1 250ml NESTLE All Purpose Cream, whipped

Procedure

1. For the custard: Whisk 3/4 cup sugar, eggyolks, and cornstarch in heavy medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in fresh milk. Cook stirring constantly over medium heat until thick, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix in vanilla.
2. To assemble: Fill the bottom of a square glass dish with half of the graham cracker crumbs. Cover with half of banana slices, then half of custard. Repeat layers with remaining crackers, bananas, and pudding. Set aside.
3. Cover top with whipped cream. If desired, sprinkle top with more graham cracker crumbs or with coffee.
4. Cool. Refrigerate, uncovered until cold, at least 3 hours.

Mango Feather Cake

Delicious and sweet dessert for Mom's special day

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 8

Ingredients

lady fingers or broas
1 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup butter
2 pieces ripe mangoes diced
2 pieces ripe mangoes thinly sliced
1 tetrabrick 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream

Procedure

1. Line a 9"x9" or 8"x8" square pan with a layer of broas.
2. Using a double boiler, cook the condensed milk with NESTLE All Purpose Cream until thick. Stir in the butter and diced mangoes. Cool.
3. Pour half over the broas and cover with another layer of broas and whipped cream. Chill until set.

Mocha Mousse

No bake dessert flavored with coffee and chocolate

Preparation Time: 00:20
Cooking Time: 00:05
Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 cup NESTLE Cream
2 tbsp NESCAFE
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 eggyolks
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp kahlua
100g pistachio nuts, chopped

Procedure

1. Combine 1/4 cup NESTLE Cream, NESCAFE and chocolate in saucepan; heat over low fire until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
2. Whisk eggyolks and egg with sugar in a mixer. Add remaining NESTLE Cream, coffee-chocolate mixture and the rest of the ingredients except nuts; beat at high speed for about 1 min.
3. Pour into custard cups and freeze for about 3 hours. Top with chopped pistachio nuts to garnish.
